Set of independent Ibiza-style villas built on one floor. All of them are integrated in an enclosed area of 3,000 m2 with gardens and a large central pool. The enclosure is located in the municipality of Sant Josep next to the Bay of Sant Antoni in a privileged area with tranquility and proximity to the sea and the commercial area.
Strategically located to visit the best beaches of Ibiza in the south of the island and just 20 minutes from Ibiza town and the rest of the island. There is a children's pool, playground and private parking, everything you need to spend a great holiday with family or friends.
We have villas of different sizes, all arranged around the large central pool. All villas have air conditioning, fully equipped and independent kitchen, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi throughout.
These are the smallest villas with a surface of 40 m2. They have one double bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious lounge, full-equipped kitchen, Air Conditioning and heating, TV, a terrace facing the swimming pool and a backyard with private BBQ.
Possibility of adding 2 more places with extra cost.
No hen parties are allowed. It’s also strictly forbidden the organization of parties, with or without music, that may disturb the rest of the guests.

Estuvimos alojados por 2 semanas aqui y fue genial, disponen de otras casas contiguas que pertenecen al mismo residencial las cuales se pueden alquilar juntas. Fuimos un grupo de 12 personas y pudimos alojarnos todos en diferentes casas. Buena atencion y todo muy limpio.
