Tipico casale di Ibiza con una torre di architettura difensiva rurale del XVII secolo o precedente, con un'architettura con spessi muri bianchi che mantengono un ambiente naturalmente fresco e spazioso grazie alla pietra e ai suoi alti soffitti in legno di ginepro di Ibiza.
Nella parte inferiore della casa si trova un ampio soggiorno dotato di TV satellitare, stereo e accesso diretto alla terrazza, piscina e zona barbecue. Dal soggiorno si accede a due camere da letto, entrambe con due letti singoli (90x200cm). C'è anche l'accesso diretto a una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Su questo piano ci sono due bagni, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia.
Al piano superiore ci sono altre due camere da letto, una con due letti singoli (90x200cm) e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale (200x200cm). I letti singoli possono essere uniti per formare letti matrimoniali. Nella parte superiore della casa c'è un'altra grande terrazza con divani chill-out e vista sulla campagna, tra cui alba e tramonto.
3 camere da letto hanno ventilatori a soffitto e l'altra con un ventilatore a parete.
All'esterno troviamo la zona piscina con terrazza, doccia esterna e lettini prendisole. L'area giardino è su due livelli, c'è un chill-out, sala da pranzo, zona barbecue e lavandino.
Parcheggio per due auto.

Le jardin, piscine, bbq zone de repos est magnifique. Heureusement qu'il y a un poêle pour faire du feu lors des journées froides/pluvieuses. Merci pour tous le détails serviettes, gel douche, cadeau d'accueuil...

La piscine n'est pas du tout protégée. Il faudrait une barrière ou une alarme pour les enfants.

Quizás se pueda poner mosquiteras en las ventanas De las habitaciones y cocina, para evitar entrada de insectos y otros animalitos del entorno.

Pool towels are changed weekly. If by any chance you dont find the pool area clean enough , you just had to tell us and it would have been cleaned.
