Bonita Villa muy bien mantenida, con jardines de flores, piscina y dos áreas exteriores, cada una con su barbacoa para comer a la sombra.
Esta Villa es respetuosa con el Medio Ambiente, autosostenible y autosuficiente con luz de placas solares, pozo y cisterna de agua.
La Villa está cerca del pueblo de San Rafael (5-10 min en coche) , donde podrán encontrar tiendas, farmacia, bancos, y muy buenos restaurantes, muy cerca de la casa también se encuentra uno con mucho encanto donde poder cenar y tomar una copa al aire libre.
Villa adaptada para silla de ruedas, cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños, distribuidos en una sola planta
1 dormitorio con cama de 1,80x2 m
1 dormitorio con cama de 1,50x2 m
1 dormitorio con cama de 1,35x2 m
La casa tiene una ventilación natural cruzada por lo que se mantiene fresca en los calurosos días de verano, aun así cuenta con aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento y también ventiladores en los dormitorios. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras, aunque en esta zona no suele haber muchos mosquitos.
En el jardín encontrará árboles frutales y los dueños dan permiso para coger algunas frutas. También hay un estanque con peces y ranas.
La piscina (11x5m) cuenta con una de las zonas comedor , tumbonas y cama chillout, también cuenta con una cocina exterior
con nevera, lavavajillas, y barbacoa, y muy cerca baño exterior y ducha. Y luego otra zona comedor con barbacoa frente a la casa.
Limpieza completa cada 7 noches, con cambio de sábanas y toallas.

The large, mature garden was lovely, as were the two covered eating areas and the pool. The villa was spacious and the bathrooms were excellent. There was ample wardrobe space in the bedrooms and nice covered area outside the kitchen. The south facing orientation was good and you were not aware of the proximity of neighbours. The pool was in shadow only very late in the day.
The lovely garden and pool sell this villa.

The villa is beautiful and immaculate. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the layout and spent a lot of time ensuring the outdoor spaces are at their very best for guests. From the pool to the pool kitchen to the two BBQs and the large kitchen, we couldn't fault the villa. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday. We will hopefully book again in the near future.
