Ubicada en la mitad de una colina, con mucho sol y rodeada de arboles, esta bonita típica casa de estilo ibicenco tiene un bonito jardín y zona de piscina.
La casa dispone de un amplio salón-comedor con aire acondicionado y cocina americana.
Tiene un dormitorio matrimonial con baño en suite con ducha, un dormitorio doble con baño en suite con bañera y un dormitorio con dos camas y baño en el pasillo con ducha. No hay AC en los dormitorios.
Un gran porche con mesa de comida ,sofá con vistas al valle y al mar a lo lejos.
Gran piscina , tumbonas, ducha exterior. Barbacoa portatil. Finca vallada.

Maison magnifique, surtout les extérieurs. Propreté parfaite. Confort satisfaisant. Cuisine petite et peu équipée (pas de lave vaisselle)

Alles! Das Haus hat eine unglaubliche Lage mit tollem Blick. Viele schöne verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, um die Ruhe und Aussicht zu genießen. Es war supersuper sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ich wünsche mir sehr, in der Finca Niko wieder Urlaub zu machen. Die Betreuung von Ecoibiza war sehr persönlich und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und erholt.

Beautiful house, lovely views and great location

Pool was like ice, kids nearly got hypothermia. House was damp so bedding felt cold and slightly damp, clothes smelt and towels didn't dry.

The building and its setting are beautiful. I recommend for adults but not for children under 5.

The property is unsuitable for young children: lots of steps, low walls with high s on the other side and, most regrettably, the railings on the terrace were wide-spaced enough for our 15-month old to step right through.

in the time of the year weather is not so good, so you cannot benefit of all features outside. in the house there's not so much space and luxury to relax, so for this time of the year the price is really too high.

Wonderful house at beaautiful location. A lot of money per week in high season, but we had a fantastic stay. Especially the large pool was the main attraction for our kids.. Also the outdoor space, were we had breakfast and diner is well situated. When we arrived late, some beers and snacks were waiting for us. We would definitely come back

Some lids for the pans would be nice, since without it takes a very long time for water to heat.

The villa is beautiful and has spectacular views across the local countryside to the sea in the far distance. The villa is calm and the most lovely place to relax - the pool is clean with shaded areas to the side as well as a sun trap. The outdoor living area was our particular favourite place to hang out as it is out of the full sun and has a pleasant breeze. We had the most blissfully relaxing time and wouldn´t hesitate to return!
