Its ideal location makes it the villa of choice for small groups of couples or families - you are at a mere 5 - 10 min. from all the hot spots on the island, yet in an incredible, tranquil and natural place.

Completely new and equipped kitchen with Boss Flex ceramic hob, Boss 90 cm pyrolytic oven, two-door Smeg American fridge, Boss microwave, Miele dishwasher, extra-large extractor hood, Nespresso coffee maker and Liebherr wine cellar. It also has a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Dining room with fireplace and table for 6 people that gives access to an outdoor dining room under the porch for 8 people, to the terrace, garden and pool area 10x5.
Very spacious living room with satellite TV and fixed stereo system and portable bower Loewe. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Room in suite with double bed 150x190, with bathroom and shower and access to the pool area.
Porch with table for 8 people.Cobered chillout area, sunbeds for 6 people and sofas.
10x5 pool, Weber barbecue, alarm, wifi, garden, air conditioning in all rooms.
1st Floor:
Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
1 bedroom with double bed 160x2 with TV, air conditioning, terrace with small table and views.
1 bedroom suite, with 180x2 double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub, terrace with small table and chairs overlooking the sea.

The pool and chill out area are awesome.
The large outside dining table was our favourite spot of an evening for a family meal and wine.
We loved the views and the terraces, balcony's.
The décor and finish on the villa is stunning.
The kitchen is so well equipped we had everything we needed.
The bathrooms are lovely, the bath tub with views and open window is just out of this world.
We would definitely return and we have already recommended to all our friends.

To be honest nothing, if we were to suggest anything, an outdoor fire pit, or heater, for the cooler evenings would be a lovely touch, we visited in May and the evenings were cooler, this wouldn't be needed at all in the summer. The bbq was amazing but it didnt offer heat as it got cooler, and we loved sitting outside looking at the views and watching the planes take off and land.
An absolute piece de resistance would be a jacuzzi hot tub.
Honestly though the place is amazing and so it doesn't need to improve at all.

Great location, great views, no noise from the planes, within minutes of the airport and the central location makes everything accessible. Supermarket near by very easy. Lovely family home with great indoor and outdoor spaces. superb pool 3 lovely bedrooms so all three couples had their own lovely room without anyone feeling they had got second best. A very well equipped villa, accessible and usable kitchen - all round were all very pleased.

We stayed here as a family for two weeks this summer, utterly beautiful location the photos don't do it justice. Quiet and secluded but close to beaches and Eivissa / airport. Nested in the hills the views are stunning and the trees and surrounding area are gorgeous. The pool is large and warm, perfect for kids and the villa itself is spacious with lovely beds and bathrooms. We hosted a few dinners here as well and it's ideal to entertain friends. The host Vicente was great, even helped us take our bags to the airport. Very much recommended

Bedrooms and bathrooms a little tired but adequate and fine for what is needed. Overall a great villa. Sometimes felt a little scared coming home at night because it is a bit remote and dark on the road leading up. Had a fabulous holiday though. The owner is lovely and fixed any minor issue immediately and EcoibizaVillas where amazing. Great service, kind and responsive checked us in at the villa, helped us with whatever we needed, very impressive thank you!
