Beautiful house of 130m2 located in a land of 5000m2 within walking distance of the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops, bars. Also very close is the famous flea market of the Dahlias. Within short distance you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the north like Aguas Blancas.
This typical Ibiza style house has a single floor with different heights, ideal to relax and enjoy your holidays. The house has:
- Fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and with a pantry
- Living / dining room with air conditioning, television and stove
- Main bedroom with 150x2 double bed and en suite shower room. Air conditioning in the bathroom.
- Bedroom with two beds, independent access and air conditioning
- Bedroom with single bed (90x180 cm)
- 1 bathroom with shower
The single room is connected to the room which has 2 beds and these two rooms share the bathroom with shower.
Large exterior with a 5x6 swimming pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining area, portable barbecue, relax area and beautiful Mediterranean gardens for a pleasant walk.
cot and high chair. Possibility of adding extra beds upon prior request.
cleaning: Complete every 7 days, including change of sheets and towels

the beds(mattrasses) were bad and have to be replaced at our opinion.
